I recently turned 21 and I really wanted to get my teeth whitened at the dentist. At the end of the day, I thought to myself... I rather have a nice watch, something I can keep and appreciate forever. But this whole teeth whitening thing hasn't left my mind. So shortly after arriving back in England after spending a month at home with my family in Malaysia, I purchased....
I've purchased quite few teeth whitening kits in the past, and for once I can say that I have seen slight differences in my teeth. No, your teeth don't turn 4 shades whiter in a week, that's just bull****. But i must say, it has done something.
Some advice and tips:
1. I've got a special mouthguard moulded by my dentist. Cost me about 95 pounds for just the upper jaw one. Just to clarify with everyone, I got the mouthguard because apparently I grind my teeth which I still think is a lie. My dentist however is convinced I do! So hey ho... Anyways, the moulded mouth guard allows the solution to react with your enamel much better.
2. I don't recommend spitting out whatever is in your mouth, it just makes you taste all the horrible chemicals. Take the mouthguard out, and immediately shove that toothbrush into your mouth and brush, brush, brush. Trust me, you won't taste a thing like that.
HAPPY WHITENING!
